Hey guys, I just want to make a note to everyone that I would HIGHLY caution you against filling anything out at this site. Since I filled out two forms for free samples yesterday, even though I checked "no" for promotional offers and to not be contacted, there has been much chaos in my email account and cell phone. After looking up information AFTER the fact there have been lots of complaints of e-mail contact and phone contact for items people have not asked to be contacted about. Yes, I did put in my email address and a cell number. The cell number is stupidity on my end. A valid email is needed to confirm offers. I have been getting flooded with emailed offers (over 30 emails in a 24-hour period) and the survey company has called my cell 6 times in 5 hours. From what I researched, I guess the company is known to call like this every day for a month or two at a time. The cell phone companies can not block the number and even if you ask them not to call you they will continue to do so.
Again, my stupidity in givining them my number, but live and learn.
Bottom line is I would stay away from this site. It seems to be more trouble than it is worth.
