She was in the one beside me and i asked her to look at a pair of pants and tell me what she thought. When i turned around she asked me how much i weighed. I said 148. (at 5'6) and she said in front of about 10 people. I can't believe that you still weigh that much and can wear a size four. i was speechless i didn't know how to respond. So then i came home and began trying on all the four's i had in my closet and wondering if they were just marked wrong. I know some of my shorts are 6 but some 4's from the same store. I just felt awful. I feel like i will never be able to go shoping with friends again.
Your "FRIEND" would surely HATE ME!! I'm sitting at 145 some days (bounce between 125-145) and still wear a size 2 - and rarely a baggy 4 on my heavy days. Plus, I'm 5'6 and 3/4ths. It's about body shape...not weight. I have to agree with others....She is jealous and jealousy comes out in ways like that....odds are she didn't even "THINK" about what she was doing, and wouldn't want to hurt your feelings on purpose.

<~~Wrote this before I read ALL the replies! Guess she did "mean" it! YIKES!
