The gym is my new friend.
When I go to the gym I usually start on the treadmill. I have been building my distance and time up as I go. Right now I am at 4 miles in under an hour and 20 minutes. Then I usually move onto the weight machines. Arms & legs. I dont know what they are all called...

I spend about 2-3 hours at the gym. I have a goal: to lose 14 pounds by May 7th.
