These sorts of goals are so important to me! I'm joining a softball team this year, which I am soooooooo excited about! I also grew up snow skiing and used to be quite good. Then I got too fat to buckle my boots or fit into my snow clothes (even too big to fit into my 6'3" stepfather's clothes!).

I bet I could fit into everything now, but it's too late in the season to try. Next winter, though, I will be up there again! Heavenly, here I come!
Like everyone on here, I bet, I have a whole list of "non-numerical" goals. These are even more rewarding than seeing numbers on the scale (which is ticking me off right now!). Airplane seats, roller coasters, etc. I already have gotten to see how well I fit into sharing seats on BART, and in June I'm flying (flying!) to Vegas for my birthday with one of my best friends -- woo hoo! That is definitely something I never would have tried just last year. When I was big, I was practically a hermit, always turning down invitations or avoiding being in a position to have to turn things down. Not anymore!
Another "active" goal is to feel comfortable enough to try any and all new things. I have an adventurous spirit at heart, which I severely curtailed during my obese years. I want to try jetskiing! Go snorkling again in Hawaii! Or just put on a swim costume of some sort (I'll never be a bikini gal, so I'm looking into those cute shorts type outfits) and not be terrified.
I love this life!!
