Today I went to the gym at 5:30 am ( I know crazy right

I did 30 min on the Arc trainner 374 calories
than I did weights
Bicep 2*12 30lbs
Tricep 2*12 30lbs
incline Chest 2*12 25 lbs
hips 2 2*12 60 lbs
hips 1 2*12 60 lbs
back 2 2*12 45 lbs
calves 2*12 110 lbs
leg prss 2*12 150 lbs
