I'm amazed at how flexible I've become, especially since this is only the 3rd week of practicing. I discovered last night that I could do the standing head to knee touch! I don't know what possesed me to attempt it because I have always staying in the beginning modification pose, but yesterday I decided what the heck...I'll give it a try and I did it.

Of course I don't look as graceful but I can hold the pose for at little over half the stance time before dropping into the modification. I'm actually kind of proud of myself.
