Hey Tony,
I know how you feel. I had my eval on the 22nd. I spent 2 hrs answering dumb questions on a form then questions from her and had $295.00 less then when I went in.
I know I want the surgery and I know what it involves so why do I have to prove to anyone that I know what is good for me.
The only good thing was that I got a nod of approval.
