Pre-surgery, I could have eaten bread (warm, French) with unsalted butter and cheese, every day for every meal. Oh! And of course, the Branston Pickle (the Brits. will understand that one).

Now - I'm down to the occasional slice of well toasted wholegrain.

Do I miss it? Close to a 100lb lost, size 4x down to a 10/12 ... na! On top of which, it's on my list of things that I'm "deathly allergic" to. LOL
