Agree with both Corrine & Tracy.. ..

My fiancé lost a lot of weight before I met him (over 100 lbs).. but over the course of the last three or four years, had started to gain a bit back... my WL journey seems to have spurred him on to getting those lbs he's regained back off and to get into better shape.

By posting here, you're showing your willingness to share in your DH's journey and you both can make the changes needed to get healthier together.. a total win/win!
