Welcome Jeff!

My surgeon said with time, you'll enjoy a little of everything.... wine, chocolate, cheese, spicy foods....
the idea is that in the security and comfort of your home you can "test" what your pouch feels comfortable to eat and quantities that you can manage.
Important is to concentrate on your protein intake, daily water (an Absolute must!!!) and exercise. Try to eat 3/4 meals per day with a small snack twice a day. Make sure each meal leaves you full and content, otherwise you WILL gain by snacking...

Best wishes on your journey - it's exciting and stimulating, inspite of stalling, trial and error and days less attractive than others. You now have the TOOL - the know how is down to you.

Cheers,
Vim
