Wow.. I never connected the lack of coffee as a possible reason for such a change in my 'system'... though I'm now *constantly* constipated, I used to have the exact opposite problem.. but I also used to drink at least four cups of coffee a day..
Too bad my pouch doesn't like coffee- not even decaf
