I'm still pre-op, but I like the Fage 2% greek yogurt as well. If you like the 0% variety (I don't), it has even more protein...either 22 or 23 grams if memory serves me right. Be sure not to get the fruit or honey flavored Fage yogurt, it doesn't have the same protein value, plus it's high in sugar. Fage yogurt is a bit hard to find, I can get it at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Giant Eagle. Oikos also makes greek yogurt as well, which I found at Super WalMart.
