oh them cookies and Creams about made me puke when I tried it,, was not long after surgery too.
The only thing that saved me right after surgery was Isopure, the one that comes on the glass bottles already mixed, and even that gave me stomach cramps, heck water alone gave me stomach cramps then.

I had purchased some of the large gallon powder isopure, but that got cloudy and I had problem just with the texture, so even if I still drinked it at first, I later put it off. Lately, I find my self mixing me half of serving of it since it gives me 25 grams of potein, find it that if I drink that in the mornings, I don't have to think about breakfast and worrying about eating anything until after lunch.

But yes, Isopure, either way you get it. I did not tolerate milk after surgery, gave me the runs to the restroom if you know what I mean.

Another thing, was Dannon Light and fit yogurt, very good, and it was listed as part of liquid diet by my doctor. Pudding, I did some of that, that did not gave me the runs even if it was mixed with milk. Sugar free Jello Pudding was just fine. But then again, that don't carry much protein.

Egg flour soups was one of my favorite. hmm can't think of what else.

Hope this helps, and, Welcome back {{{scoots to make room on the bench for ya}}}
