Hi, I also have Highmark BCBS. I'm still pre-op, but my stuff should be getting submitted to insurance next week. From what the staff at Magee Hosp. tell me, Highmark BCBS is very quick about approving. Of course, this is dependent on following the guidelines, like the 6 month supervised diet. Also, you can't gain weight during the 6 month diet (there's someone else on here who is having a problem with BCBS because of that).
