Join the club, I have heck of bath wings, they also look like cottage cheese a bit,, gosh,, is the trainer cute?? can he train me lol... I need to stop doing that, but I am after cute doctors and trainers for some silly reason.

I do believe however, resistance and weight training does help with some of the issue, especially of the cottage cheese effect, I have tested it in the past and yes it works, so ladies and gentleman, get them weights and resistance bands out and start pulling and pushin lol.

Ok I am off, honest, I have had 0 alcohol since my surgery
