i didnt know that either. Ok so next time i dont have to spend 22$ on a stupid "special" chewable multivitamin from my doc office? What MV do you recommend because he didnt want us taking ANY centrum because it's not absorbed well into GBS patients so um what else? and i'm sorry if i sound stupid too, but i'm not taking the horse size calcium i bought from him either so what are some exact names of ones i can take that are NOT large (i still have problems with pills even my smaller iron pill)
