Apart from snottiness, it also showed stupidity - many bariatric surgeons do other types of abdominal surgeries and it's pretty common to see non-WLS patients in their offices, as well as slim post-ops there for hernia repairs, etc. You could have just been a gall bladder patient, for all she knew.
We should pity the poor thing, really - she may cease being fat after WLS, but the dumb bitch thing will be harder to shake, I'm afraid...
