Excellent tip on peanut butter, never thought of that, and I can add crackers for extra carbs (as another reply suggested).
And yes, I always have the bars with me now, been on this track for a week now but not putting anything on (yet). Thank you for the reassurance on that one, and already doing it. Hard to find ones that are palatable! Atkins ones like rice krispies are easy to eat!
I've added a protein powder daily for a couple hundred calories. Along with a fiber powder, I think I can actually feel it already. Strange.
Yes, drinking lots of water
Vitamins? Yes check
Cheese is my diet staple - so thank you for the reassurance I'm doing one of the things already.
The frequent snacking thing is just impossible for me. One of those things that I've just completely left behind along the WL journey, but I do try to add macadamia nuts or almonds every day as a snack.
The problem is that I know I used to eat like a monster, and it's frustrating to not have control over GAINING weight now. I guess that sounds lame to some who are fighting to LOSE those last 10 lbs., but it's my reality (and others too it would seem huh?)

ok...I'm on the right track, and I have a f/u question. What carbs can I possibly add that aren't like gum in my gut? Most breads, rices are hard to handle. Crackers are about it. Chow mein noodles work...any other carb suggestions?

I don't want to pack on FAT, it goes right to my gut where the loose skin is. I want to put some meat on my bones all over Will peanut butter do that without giving me the rolls on the gut?
