My dear friend I am so sorry you feel so bad. I have to agree with some of the others-CALL THE SURGEON ASAP!!!! You need to get him to take a look at you. I know it's a long drive up there especially when you feel so bad, but he really needs to evaluate this. The ER is only there for short term care and to stop the pain.
