I'm dealing with this same issue and have been for about a year now. It's about 10 lbs and I have to fight to keep it. Not a bad problem, compared to the alternative, but I hate hearing "you're too skinny!" all the time.
The advice here is to reverse the Pouch Rules for Dummies. I snack between meals quite a bit. Popcorn, peanut butter, cheese, crackers, etc. We have to be careful not to let that get a way from us though! When I was losing, I weighed myself once a week at the most. Now, while trying to gain, I weight myself about every other day. I just don't want my snacking to become a bad habit and suddenly, I pack on too much weight. I think this is key for us!
