#3...OMG....HUGS... We hate to welcome people in this situation...It's horrible and a botched surgery is all the worse for the people who have to suffer it with no recourse.
There are many Lawyers that will work pro-bono and like Whit said, on WIN basis. You just need someone to fight for you!!!
