It's not unusual to feel out of control at this point after surgery. My emotions went totally wacky! I would go from crazy happy, almost manic, to horribly depressed in a few hours. You have lost a LOT of weight in a very short time. (Congrats on that, BTW! You are doing great!) It seriously messes with the hormones!
