You have to understand that if someone cares that much about you they will say something to you.

For the most part people can stare or make a face but odds are you wont see them again and if you do o well. Remember why care what these people think they arent the ones that are going home with you or paying your bills. They are just bored ass people with nothing better to do. and to be honest i stare at everyone when Im at the gym to cuz it gets boring walking or jogging on the threadmill. So dont let that be your excuse of not goign to the gym buddy.

Member the "healthier" you are going into surgery the quicker you will recover.

One thing i tell my self now is "BEAT YOUR BRAIN".
Stop telling your self you cant. for the most part its just our brains being lazy.

you sir, truly understand what it takes to really make it and make it well. I have zero doubt you will surpass any goal you set with that type of winning attitude.

You are correct its all in your head and anything you say you can't do you can't anything you can you can. Its all about pushing yourself further and further each time and not giving to shits what people think/say. Cause let me tell you they will talk either way.

You fail they talk, you succeed they talk. Either way people are going to form a opinion about you. The ugly truth is that shows more about them and their personality than it does you.

(to the thread starter) So keep your head up. Realize your doing something about it and thats what matters. You know how many people have the surgery and THEN start to force themselves to workout and work on the mental part? Most truly struggle with the lifestyle changes nessesary to reach their weightloss goals.

If you are still post up and already dealing with this stuff, you are way waaaaay ahead of the game.
