Deborah - If you are only getting in 300-400 calories a day you are probably starving yourself (not eating correctly) and your body is protecting itself. An amazing thing the body is. See Beth's quote above - it is perfect advice and will kick start the stalls. Bump the calories girl and watch the pounds start running away.
