I know how you feel when it comes to plateaus. I feel that I should be losing more than I have. I am 2 months out and have lost 30 lbs. I have a hard time getting all my protein in, along with my water intake. I was taking protein shakes, but I got so tired of them. I have started "eating" all my meals, but I can't eat too much. I am assuming that I need to get more calories in, but my question is, how? I listen to my stomach and when it says I'm full, I quit. How on earth can I get all my protein and calories in when I can only eat a little bit?
I wish I could help you out, but I need help too. If anyone knows of any meal ideas or ways that I can do better, please, please let me know.
