Deborah, the big areas to look at when you stall are how much exercise are you getting in, how many calories, how much protein and how much water. Stalls can come because you aren't eating enough calories. I know you said you are drinking your protein but actually how many calories are you getting in? At your stage I would say you should be shooting for about 750-900 calories a day. Also how much protein are you getting in? If it is around 60 see if you can increase it a bit to about 70. If you aren't tracking your intakes I would suggest you start so that you have some indication of where you honestly are at. You might be surprised to find you are only getting in 300 calories or so.

Sometimes you need to try to shake things up a bit by increasing calories, protein, water and/or exercise. If you haven't been able to exercise much just start with several small walks a day...in your house or outside. You don't have to be doing 30 min right off the bat...see if you can do like 3 10 min walks...just get some extra steps in that you aren't getting in now. Any movement will help increase your metabolism and hopefully jump start things.
