I am sorry to hear that, I imagine how frustrated I would be if I was in your shoes.
Have you talked to your doctor about this?
I know you mentioned you are not doing any excersizing yet, perhaps that might help kick it and get it going again.
Excersize don't have to start supper hard and all that, just getting up one day and putting an hour of intense cleaning to a designated room in your home can do a great deal, next day another room, take a break for a day then do another room, etc.
Walk around the house if you can't get out and such, five minutes here and five minutes there add up to a lot.
I had to loose before I got started with excersize, but once I did a few pounds I got going and I started slow, still slow honestly, but I get in around four days a week, seems to be helping.
Well keep doing the right thing, and do talk to your doctor about this.
