need advice
I am probably a couple of months away from surgery but I figure I need to start hitting a gym. I have been procrastinating doing it because I am so overweight and am in terrible shape as I have been laying around the house for 6 months recuperating from 2 knee surgeries. I just need to know how you all overcame the embarrassment and shame of walking into your local 24hr fitness or whatever and started a workout program. I appreciate any advice or encouragement you can give. I REALLY need it! You guys are great.
