Yes, the stall is normal and verrryyyy frustrating. Stay on course and the scale will move again. I'm sure you've read this before, but while the scale doesn't change, your inches are probably changing instead. Your body takes a time out every now and then and plays 'catch-up'.

STAY AWAY FROM THE BREAD AND CHOCOLATE!!! Why are you trying to sabotage yourself? You've got the power to control what goes in your body and while you're in this "honeymoon" phase you've got to take advantage of the opportunity for the rapid weightloss and not jinx it by eating the wrong things. For a few days, increase your protein and exercise and I bet you'll see that scale start moving again.

How often are you weighing? If at all possible, try to weigh just once a week. I can hardly do this myself, but I know it's good advice. LOL

Good luck and keep posting if it's what keeps you honest and motivated. YOU CAN DO IT!
