Well, at 15 weeks I feel a whole lot better - I lacked water and since I've increased my intake, the lightheadedness has dropped - thankfully!
My best guage for my water intake is the colour of my urine - the close to colourless, the most perfect!
Keep resting, sipping and resting to build up your strength - you'll find it varies according to the weeks. This week I have felt so sleepy!
