You're doing the right thing now, by posting here and getting support for a renewed effort on losing the weight you've regained.
I didn't notice you mention it, but have you gone back to your doctor & nutritionist to see what the reason might be for the gain?
Also, what kind of physical activity are you engaged in? I am eight weeks post op, on a 'six week stall' having lost nearly nothing in the last six weeks, but much of that is due to a separate problem of severe dizziness due to a chronic vertigo problem (or I think this is why I'm not losing anything..I'm certainly not over doing food or fluids!)..
From so many others that post here losing large numbers, I'm gathering they are far more active than I am able to be.. could this be an issue for you as well?
I think it would be best for you to seek out your professionals, maybe become more active and be proud that you're now taking the positive steps in reaching out.
