That's what I told her.. 1) I didn't go through all of this just to sabotage everything and 2) I wasn't interested in finding out first hand what 'dumping' is all about. It was so annoying and frustrating to have her say this, because, seriously, if I were 'cheating' like that I wouldn't be wondering why I wasn't losing and I wouldn't be calling.
I spoke with the nutritionist, she says I'm not eating enough nor am I drinking enough and the dizziness might be related to being somewhat dehydrated and she is telling me to eat more and drink more.
That, to me, is scary considering I'm gaining weight with the little I am eating but she insists I have to do both.
To this end, I have added hourly times frames in my log and have my stupid alarm set for every 1/2 hour to try to ensure I either eat or drink what I'm supposed to every 30 minutes.
I hope this works, because I keep seeing the results of so many others who are doing so well and look so much happier and I want that to be me.
