One egg
later a half banana or small orange
chicken thigh 2 ounces
50% low fat cheddar- 2 ounces
ground chicken- 2 ounces with tablespoon of low-fat, low sugar tomato sauce
cooked till their dead green beans or broccoli, or some other non-starch veggie
Remember this is just MY opinion!!!
But I'd focus more on protein if you're not able to eat much. Are you drinking any protein supplements? Doesn't seem like your eating much in general (but maybe I'm just a pig...) so your body may be going into starvation mode...and is keeping EVERYTHING you feed it in reserves.
Here's a sample of my meals (but I try to change my food options often...except for the protein supplements!) ~
7 AM Protein Shake
10 AM Yoghurt and Lite String Cheese
1:30 PM Chicken 4 oz w/mayo/ketchup with green beans
4 PM Protein Shake
7 PM Spring Roll (2) and Salad (small! lettuce/cheese and dressing)
And 2 fudge or fruit pops (sugar free/fat free) in evenings
If you write a diary of ALL foods, drinks and any condiments show those to your doctor/nutritionist!!
Please try not to get discouraged and if you are following all the guidelines, MAKE your surgeon listen to you!!
