Hi sam and welcome

Im also new and ive been down the same path as you.
The way i look at it is life life as it is.
Upto now ive been stuck inside my house , not socialble grumpy and most of all stress and depressed. the list could go on.
Yes i could continue with diets etc and battling day in day out. wieght yoyoing up and down. but what good does that do for me.

Then i think what would my life be after the bypass.
Losing wieght, regaining my socal life , going to the park with my children, having fun, feeling free and happy. plus much much more

It may not be easy getting to where i want to be , but god its going to be worth it.

When the time gets closer to the point of the operation if your like me you will start to feel a glow inside, This is why im here i feel like i want to reach out again. its been a long time since i felt like this.

If i can answer anything for you or anyone i will be more then glad to.

Best wishes

Mark
