Hello,
I'm 7 weeks post-op, and not dealing well... I guess I should save my problems for one of the other threads instead of the introductory thread.. I'm 48, have over 100lbs to lose and still on medical leave.

(It's hard not to put all the 'stuff' that is bothering me out there all in one fell swoop!)

I am looking forward to reading even more of the links that were provided at the top of the newbie forum. Being only 7 weeks out and on a 5 week 'stall' is very disheartening and I need to hear from others that this is all on the realm of 'normal'.

When I called my doc (who is on vacation this week) the PA accused me of spending my days eating ice cream.. as IF I could, even if I wanted for for heaven sake.. I can't even get all the food I'm supposed to eat into me, yet!

This seems like a good place to be. Thanks for listening.
