Izzy, I had a terrible time with eggs too for the longest time. I wouldn't throw up but I would be nauseous and my pouch would hurt. It took me about a year before I could tolerate them. I've heard a lot of people who have had trouble with eggs in the first several months after surgery. Chicken is another big one that people have trouble with. I do ok with chicken but tolerate the thighs much better than the breast.
Just back off from the eggs for awhile and try again later. It might get better with time.
