I have 80 hours of vacation ... so I took 40 ... ;and then if I dont feel ok I can work from home for the other week... but I am pretty resilient... I hade a open hyterectomey and was back at work in 10 days.... sit down jobs rock...
Do you have sick time ?? I would just build up as much time as possible then they can tell you you cant take off.
