This was one of my concerns pre-op, but I found out my fears were nothing to be concerned of. Interestingly enough, the meals I chose and the time I took to eat them, made an impression on those that I dined with. I think we affect others more than they affect us with this surgery and they can't help but realize that the way we now eat is the correct way. I have several people openly comment on this and now when I eat out with them, they are eating much lighter and more protein rich.
