mirabeaux is on a distinguished road
Default I am about where you are, post op wise

I had a very hard time moving over to solids, but with this tiny pouch, you are not in any danger of gaining unless you eat the wrong things or you eat 24 hours a day! I'm assuming you can't eat that often!

The water has been hard for me to master as well. I used to guzzle the stuff but now I fall short almost every day. Just be SURE to get your protein and vitamins in. That is so important and keep trying new things.

Last night I had refried beans with salsa - let me tell you! The best thing I've eaten since this surgery! But I've had a lot of misses too. Some things just don't work with my pouch.

Good luck!
