Totally agree with Mike's post. I absolutely have no problem with honesty and not surgar-coating the truth...but it's just that I've noticed a "trend" of sorts about reply posts that I don't agree with. But then....that's MY problem!

I think the original poster KNEW that the 15 lbs gain wasn't smart. And was just kind of freaking out! All I can say is that we all have our demons to face....and they are not based on age.
