I have to say I agree with Zen.
I had to have a 3 month diet plan before approval they did not specify how much weight I had to loose. I had to write everything down and found out that I was seriously addicted to cokes and fast food. The dietician helped me find out what it was that I was doing and gradually I stoped drinking cokes all together and cut bread out of my diet. I ended up loosing 33 lbs. It was hard, yes! but I got through it by telling myself it was the last diet I was ever going to be on. If I was hungry between the 5 meal plan I was told to drink a protien shake. It worked for me... I was sick of shakes but it worked. Now I'm so proud that I did that. At the time I didn't really understand the reasoning behind it. I just kept saying, "this is the last diet" over and over. It's all too funny now because actually, I'm on a diet for life now. lol!
