Your response above is the reason why I am stressing, in many of my posts, that PRE-OP AWARENESS is a key to success, in my opinion.

It is the ENTIRE process of RNY, not just the surgery, that makes the difference. And as we all know, even with that, it is not easy.

I'm not sure how I feel about the procedure that is the subject of this thread - I just know that I am doing my best to do it right the first time, to the degree possible, although I am human, and I screw up from time to time!
