Don't apologize your 100% correct. I decided long ago I was going to take this process all the way and beyond.

and I do practice what I preach. Its the only way I would/will learn. Its why I know what I know cause i've been there.


back on topic get some real data. It may help you loads. As a prime example my trainer told me when he measured me at 275lbs that I should never weigh less than 220lbs because of how much muscle I had grown on my body(he made a point at making this huge speal about me being so big and working so much it had greatly scewed my results giving me alot of muscle in a short time frame).

At any rate he was quite wrong in the end wasn't he. He told me 220lbs to be single digit BF and I ended up having to weigh 190. Case in point no trainer is going to be able to give you exact numbers and details like a machine will.
