People need to be spending time/money/energy into learning new eating habits and workout habits. Learning discipline with their eating addictions and working on their emotional/psycological reasons for having those addictions in the first place.

Not going to the surgeon again and saying "patch me up"

How many people have said the same thing about us and our bypass surgery?

"Just quit over eating, eat the right things and excercise etc!"

I found that so hurtful to be told that constantly from the age of 8 years old.

I think Marty has an excellent point that we can keep sabataging ourselves by snacking etc and that the new surgery could very possibly end up with the same issues (or perhaps end up giving us huge side effects that we may not have had from the 1st surgery)

I think each of us does the best we can and it is too easy to judge those who make choices we wouldn't make.
