becareful with who's advice you buy.

Also realize things have gotten way waay scewed in the workout/healthy weight/eating world in the past 10 years.

How tall are you? Have you had real BF% analysis testing done. What is he basing his calculations on? how you look? thats not very accurate. Its impossible to know more than a general sense what someones weight should/should not be without actual real data.

My suggestion would be before you spend thousands on surgery you get some real data to find out where you are and where you might need to be pre op, which inturn will help you greatly post op.
