I figured I would ask here before heading to an intial consultation because...well, it's just easier!
I originally had a goal of 150 lbs., but after my trainer telling me that if I got below 170, my body fat % would probably be unhealthy (apparently I'm pretty muscular) and being stable at 190-195 lbs. for about 8 months, I'm starting to think that maybe my goal needs to be changed.
My point is that I was going to wait on plastic surgery until I hit my goal weight. Now I'm thinking that maybe I should just schedule them? I definitely need a tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation. I've got my house on the market now and plan to use the money from that for the surgeries. yay!
What were your experiences with what doctors wanted from you as far as weight loss before scheduling surgery? Am I likely to come across being told that I need to lose another 20 lbs. or something before having them?
Thanks everyone!
