yous a superstar Integrating things into your everyday life is the key to long term happiness and success. Your awesome.

I think my motivation changes every few months. Now im just trying to maintain a honest 190lbs and if I see it going up a few I just don't feel right about it. I've been eating like crap past few weeks and not working out and im like 196....and I feel like poop.

You just feel alot better when you workout and are maintaining your weight/lifestyle. Its very full filling for those of us who were once MO to severe MO. I sometimes think people who have never been fat sometimes can't idealize with us that easily and don't find the same satisfaction in the little things that we notice so much.

Everythings all realitive I suppose but, if I aint working out and eating good....I just don't feel right anymore.
