I feel so wonderful being able to push my body to new limits, that the increased fitness levels, and seeing how I improve over time really motivates me. It is such a huge change from when I started working out, and I am so much more capable than I used to be, that it motivates me to keep pushing. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my body than I did before. When I was obese, I was very hesitant on my feet, so much so that I even felt nervous stepping onto an elevator. I always used the railings on stairs. Well, no longer. I noticed today for the first time that I run down the stairs in the middle of the stairs...I gave up my reliance on the railing a long time ago and didn't even notice it!

I love the feeling of being active, and the way my body responds and rewards me by feeling good, giving me tons of energy, and also looking better. The looking better though is the least motivating for me...I spent way too long obese and unfit, that I feel like I'm making up for lost time now...which I probably am, but it sure is fun!
