Good for you for coming to this Forum for help. This is a great place. I would suggest a good start would be to look around here a bit more, maybe do a search, because lots of people have the same questions as you and I know there have been some great answers given. For my liquid diet I drank lots of protein drinks (I don't have the same problems stomaching them as some do, though they did get old after awhile), sipped broth, had some jello and pudding. My doctor's liquid diet was a little more broad than some since he allowed the jello and pudding. I think EVERYONE gets sick of the diet after the first week or so, but it is soooo important to follow it and allow the pouch to heal. The protein drink I relied on was Nectar protein, which can be made with water and I loved since I couldn't have much milk my first month post-op. I also like Unjury brand and Wellements ProBlend 55. One of my favorite ways to drink protein is to use International Cafe sugar-free instant coffee drinks, heat up a little milk or water to 130 degrees, and mix in a scoop of chocolate Unjury. Great way to get 20-30g protein. Good luck!

P.S.: I see you're from the Bay Area, too! Hey there, neighbor!
