I know you feel you HAVE to have the M&M's..I can relate...I'm only 6 months out and have recently been adding bad things into my diet...I just committed to Gina From NY's last 20 lbs thread in the "Exercise" section...(eventhough I have more than 20 lbs to go)...and am going to elimnate the crap.
One suggestion I can offer you is to try the "Pure Protein" Chocolate Deluxe bars...you can buy them at the supermarket or I find them at WalMart...each one has 20g of protien. Every time you need some M&M's take a bite of the bar...its very chocolatey and yummy. By the end of the day you will have finished a bar...and fed your chocolate habit...and ingested 20g of protein. They're also very filling and honestly they taste sooooo good!
Truly...just do this. You owe it to yourself to eliminate that junk...turn it around...you can do it.
